How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Website. You can use that link to check your delivery status anytime.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Unboxing video is compulsory for any kind of complaints. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. We offer pan-India delivery including Kerala and all major states with Cash on Delivery available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. Kerala orders may arrive faster within 2 to 4 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery across India.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can request changes within 4 working hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp. If the product is already packed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
