Shipping Coverage

We offer pan-India delivery. We ship to all states and union territories across India including remote and rural areas. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Kerala: 3 to 5 business days. Other South Indian states: 4 to 6 business days. Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days. Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 business days. These are estimated delivery timelines and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges if applicable will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value which will be mentioned on the website. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across India. COD availability may vary depending on your pin code, order value, or product type. For certain COD orders, we may collect a non-refundable advance payment amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this link to track your delivery status in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and product type.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after all attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the product will be returned to us. In such cases, any shipping charges and COD advance payment will not be refunded. We may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, contact us on WhatsApp immediately within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. An unboxing video is compulsory for any damage claim. Without it we cannot process your complaint. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment due to wrong address.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, courier partner issues, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated in such situations.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to wrong address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept the order, we will contact you on WhatsApp. Re-shipping will be subject to additional shipping charges. If re-shipping is not possible, a refund may be issued excluding the original shipping cost and COD advance payment.
