Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or defective item. Returns for change of mind or other personal reasons are not accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: the product must be unused and in its original condition, original packaging and tags must be intact, and an unboxing video is compulsory for any kind of complaint. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective items. If the product is working fine and matches your order, returns will not be available. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

How to Request a Return

Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return. You must provide your order number, unboxing video, clear photos of the product, and the reason for your return. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. You do not need to pay anything for returns caused by our mistake.

Refund Processing

Refunds are available only in rare cases. In most situations, we will replace the defective or wrong item with the correct one. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 to 8 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your unboxing video and photos. An unboxing video is compulsory and non-negotiable. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item or a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product.

Late or Missing Delivery

If your order is delayed or missing, contact us on WhatsApp. Depending on the situation, we will either ship a new item or process a refund for you.

Warranty & Service

All products come with a 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. During this period, we will cover the shipping cost for warranty claims. For the first 6 months, we offer free service support β€” the customer pays only for shipping and replacement parts. Up to 1 year, we offer paid service support for any product issues.
