Products and Pricing
All products listed on kltrends.com are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that product images will exactly match the actual product due to screen display variations. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Ordering
When you place an order on our website, it is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS. Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and order details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or order values.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer pan-India delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Kerala orders may arrive faster within 3 to 5 days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges if any will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not offer cancellations for change of mind after the order has been processed.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for wrong or defective items only. An unboxing video is compulsory for any return or complaint. Returns for change of mind or personal reasons are not accepted. For full details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy page.
Warranty and Service
All products come with a 1-month warranty for manufacturing defects. We cover shipping costs for warranty claims during this period. For the first 6 months, we offer free service support where the customer pays only for shipping and replacement parts. Up to 1 year, we offer paid service support. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Product Usage and Responsibility
All products sold on kltrends.com are intended for personal use only. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of products. Please read product instructions and safety guidelines carefully before use. We do not recommend using electronic products near water or in conditions not specified by the manufacturer.

KL Trends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

COD Advance Payment
For certain orders, we may collect an advance payment amount at the time of placing a COD order. This advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances including order cancellation, return, or refund. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery. By placing a COD order with advance payment, you agree that the advance amount will not be refunded.
