About this item
This is a solar outdoor light that runs without any wiring or electricity bill. The solar panel on top charges through the day from sunlight, and the light works at night on its own. Good for your gate, compound wall, parking area, garden, or the front of the house.
It's a motion-sensor light, so it's worth knowing how it works. It doesn't stay on bright all night. When it senses movement in front of it, it lights up bright, stays on for a few minutes, then dims down to save power once the movement stops. Someone walks up to your gate, the light comes on full and shows them clearly. This way the battery lasts longer and the light is brightest exactly when you need it.
With a full day of charging, it gives up to 8 hours of working time at night. It also has a light sensor, so it switches on by itself once it gets dark, no need to turn it on every evening.
It has 180 LEDs, so when it fires up it's genuinely bright and lights a wide area. There are 3 lighting modes, and a remote is included so you can switch it on or off, change modes, or use the SOS setting without climbing up to the light.
The body is IP65 waterproof, so rain and dust are not a problem. Made to stay mounted outdoors through the monsoon.
